Portland Furniture / Return Policy


We want you to be happy with your purchase and always work with each and every customer for total satisfaction. For custom ordered furnishings and accessories there are no refunds or exchanges except under the following conditions:

  • The custom order is cancelled within 24 hours of ordering.
  • The custom order item or items are incorrect or damaged, and an exchange has been granted because of unsuccessful repair attempts.


ALL CUSTOM ORDER ITEMS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. ANY CANCELLED ORDER will be subject to a 25% restocking charge and a store credit will be issued for any balance. Measurements for entrance and placement of furniture in residence is customer’s responsibility. Subject to the foam and fabric(s) selected by the customer, the final dimensions may vary from 1/4” to 2” overall.

CLEARANCE, SALE ITEMS & FLOOR SAMPLES – No exchanges, returns or refunds are accepted and they are sold “AS IS”. Refunds will not be issued for the cost of any fabrics or other materials provided by the customer. Seller will assist buyer in the exercise of all factory warranties. Seller has the right to repair any freight damage or production error under said manufacturer’s warranties, solely at Seller’s discretion.

In case of damage

If an item is delivered damaged we will work with you to resolve the issue to your satisfaction with expert product repair or parts replacement. If we are unable to satisfactorily repair an item then we will offer a replacement.

Free return delivery

We don’t charge a delivery fee for exchanges within the 48 contiguous states. However, original delivery charges are not refundable.
